We ship exactly to the address provided at purchase.
We cannot refund, replace, or remake orders that are delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
Returns
Engraved Items
Engraved and personalized pieces are made uniquely for you. Because these items are customized, they are not eligible for refunds.
If our team made an error or if there is a quality issue with your piece, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Non-Engraved Items
Non-engraved items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are processed 2–3 business days after the package arrives at our studio.
14k Solid Gold Family Rings
Our 14k solid gold family rings are handcrafted with your chosen stone layout, gold color, and ring size. These bespoke pieces are custom and final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you received an incorrect or defective ring, please reach out. Our team will take care of the issue.
Exchanges & Resizing
We offer exchanges on non-personalized items, as well as resizing on both personalized and non-personalized jewelry.
A small rework fee of $10-$20 may apply depending on the materials needed. Return shipping to us is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges and resizes are processed 2–3 business days after we receive your package.
Warranty
If your jewelry arrives damaged or experiences a break within the first 60 days, please contact us. We will happily repair or replace the defective piece.
After 60 days, repairs are available for a small fee.
Mistakes
Engraving is permanent and cannot be removed or re-engraved. If you made a mistake on your order, we offer rework options, simply reach out to our team.
If the error was on our end, we will remake your piece at no cost.
